Developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Group, this joint venture will be situated along Tampines Avenue 10, a 20-minute walk or a short 3-minute drive to Tampines MRT station.(EW and DL)
You will also find Tampines Mall, Tampines 1 shopping mall, and Century Square in the same vicinity.

Parc Central Residences EC is sited in a mature estate set right in district 18 together with Pasir Ris and Simei, you will find yourself in the neighbourhood of Tampines, a highly sought after place to live in Singapore.
2. Public transport
As mentioned earlier, Parc Central Residences is a 20-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive to Tampines MRT station, where you can access the Downtown Line and East-West Line.
But did you know that Tampines West MRT station and Tampines East MRT station are also situated nearby? You can access the Downtown Line using those two train stations.
Via the Downtown Line, take a few stops down to MacPherson MRT station and you can get to the Circle Line or travel a little further to Newton MRT station and you can get to the North-South Line. It’s all conveniently connected somehow!
There are at least four bus stops within steps from the executive condominium. You will be able to use bus services 58, 298, 34, 34A, 34B, 118, 118A, and 118B.
Some of these buses take you to Bishan and Pasir Ris interchanges, passing through several other MRT stations like Serangoon, Tai Seng, and Paya Lebar. Talk about convenience!
3. Grocery store
The nearest supermarket is FairPrice, located in Tampines Central Community Complex at Blk 866A Tampines Street 83. It’s only 650m away from Parc Central Residences and an 8-minute walk will take you there.
Or hop on a 10-minute bus ride to get to Giant Hypermarket along Tampines North Drive 2. IKEA Tampines and COURTS Megastore are directly located opposite the hypermarket for those thinking of grabbing some IKEA signature meatballs or shop for some electronics.
If you’re heading to do some grocery shopping at Tampines Central Community Complex, you can also consider running some errands. There’s a SAM kiosk, Unity Tampines Central CC pharmacy, and Singapore Pools at the complex.
Of course, we’ve not forgotten about having good and convenient food places nearby Parc Central Residences. There’s a hawker centre at 872C Tampines Street 86, just a 6-minute stroll away from the condominium.
There are also several other options in Tampines Central Community Complex.

6. Shopping malls
Right in the beginning, we briefly mentioned that Tampines Mall, Tampines 1, and Century Square are located in the same area where Tampines MRT station is located.
We can’t emphasize this any further since you get the best of three malls and everything it offers! Get your banking needs sorted out at POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, and even Bank of China. They are all located within the same neighbourhood.
You can also get your daily coffee fix at Starbucks in the Tampines Mall or at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Century Square.
7. Community centres
There are two community centres for you to choose from – Our Tampines Hub, Tampines Central Community Club, or Tampines West Community Club. All three centres are within short walking distance away. Whether you’re thinking of picking up a new skill, have your lunch fix, or planning to borrow some books at the library, the centres have got you covered.
You can take a walk to one of the three parks in the neighbourhood for some light exercises. The nearest is Tampines Central Park, a 10-minute walk from Parc Central Residences. Spot the mangosteen and watermelon inspired playgrounds while you’re there.
Located slightly further away from the condominium is Sun Plaza Park and Tampines Eco Green, a less than 30-minute walk away.
Tampines Eco Green covers a bigger area and as the name suggests, it is an eco-friendly park that allows you to soak in all that nature has to offer. Hiking trails are available too.
Couples looking to provide the best for their children will be delighted because Parc Central Residences EC is surrounded by many academic institutions.
The nearest international school, UWC South East Asia (East Campus), is located right across the street along Tampines Street 73. The campus offers infant to high school education.
You will also find good schools like Poi Ching School (primary school), Junyuan Secondary School, and Springfield Secondary School within 10 minutes walk from Parc Central Residences EC.
Located slightly further away but still within the radius is Chongzheng Primary School, Gongshang Primary School, popular schools like Saint Hilda’s Secondary School, Tampines Secondary School, and Pasir Ris Secondary School.
Temasek Polytechnic is accessible by public transport and it takes only about 10 minutes to get there by bus. While Singapore University of Technology and Design is only two stops away from Tampines MRT station via the Downtown Line.
